Generally Available Kafka Output and More with ElastiFlow 5.3

New Features​

• The Kafka output is now generally available (GA) and fully supported. The Kafka output can be used to send records to Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, Confluent Cloud and Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK).

• Supported IEs: 136 IPFIX IEs from Nokia 7x50 series have been added.

• The ability to specify fields that are to be dropped from all flow records has been added. This feature is configurable by setting EF_FLOW_DECODER_ENRICH_DROP_FIELDS.

• An option has been added to use total quantities for bytes and packets when delta quantities are not provided by the flow exporter. Before using this feature please refer to its description: EF_FLOW_DECODER_ENRICH_TOTALS_IF_NO_DELTAS.
